Employment documents
You complete the following documents:
- Employee’s questionnaire
- Statement on the basic workplace
- PIT-2 – employee’s declaration for calculation of monthly advance payments for personal income tax
- Employee’s declaration for increased tax deductibles
- Declaration of not collecting disability pension
- For scientific employees, for the purpose of registration in the POL-ON system, the declaration of scientific discipline.
An access card
The HR Administrative Unit requests the preparation of an access card. An active access card is available at the first day.
Compulsory trainings
- Occupational Health and Safety (BHP)
The training should be conducted before the employee is authorised to work.
The Occupational Health and Safety Department (DBHP) conducts approximately 1.5-hours introductory training during which the employees find out how to work at the NCBJ in a safe and healthy manner. The content of the training depends on the type of the position.
- Fire prevention (PPOż)
The training is organised on each Thursday.
An employee of the Fire Prevention Unit conducts an introductory training which takes 1.5 hours during which you will find out about the functioning of the fire prevention unit at the NCBJ, potential threats that may occur and the way to act in a case of such a threat.
- Radiological protection
The Radiological Protection Inspector (IOR) conducts a 1.5-hour introductory training during which the employee will find out about radiological protection at NCBJ, potential threats which may occur and the way to act in a case of such a threat.
An employee of the secretary unit where you are employed or a person appointed on or before the first day will inform the employee on the method of using the company mail box, access to internal profiles, will deliver a key to the room or inform them on the access method (if needed at the office).
