INNUMAT Summer School (13-14 October, 2025).

INNUMAT project (innovative structural materials for fission and fusion) is a successor project of the M4F project, which funded my PhD project back in the day. NOMATEN is involved in INNUMAT, and I am personally still in touch with many collaborators. My current POLONEZ research is very in line with what is on the agenda in the INNUMAT, so I decided my personal attendance may bear fruit. Even if it is positioned as a summer school, it is actually more of a project meeting, where PhD students, Post-docs, and senior researchers share their latest investigations. I gave a presentation showing what is going on with nanoindentation modeling for nuclear materials, what other research is ongoing in Poland (in particular at NCBJ), met old colleagues, and discussed some possible ideas for future work.
