Tymofii Khvan - news

Publication in Physica status solidi (RRL).

Nice news right before the Christmas holidays! Our paper titled “Molecular Dynamics Study of Irradiation‐Induced Defect and Dislocation Evolution in Strained Nickel” has been accepted for publication in physica status solidi (RRL). It was a pleasure to work with the team and help them to investigate how mechanical straining affects the formation of irradiation defects in nickel. Personally, for me, it was a priceless contribution to my skills in modeling of other materials except BCC iron.

Publication in Physical Review Materials

Another great success has not taken too long! Our paper titled “High-temperature deformation behavior of Co-free nonequiatomic CrMnFeNi alloy” has been accepted for publication in Physical Review Materials. This time, we have modeled the defect formation mechanisms in this beautiful high entropy alloy, very promising to be applied in the nuclear field in the future.
